Company Description Job Description Job Title: Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant – Procurement, Inventory, Product Management & Costing Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant with deep expertise in the Procurement, Procurement Contracts, Inventory Management, Product Management (Item Master/Product Hub), and Costing modules of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM. The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, Product Data Management, Inventory, and Costing workflows. You will play a key role in configuring, implementing, and supporting these modules across end-to-end Fusion Cloud projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules including Procurement (Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Blanket Agreements), Procurement Contracts, Inventory Management, Product Management (Item Master), and Cost Management. Configure Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Blanket Agreements, and Contract terms/templates. Manage item master setup, including item attributes, categories, product structures, and related hierarchies in Product Management/Product Hub. Set up and configure inventory organizations, sub-inventories, inventory transactions, stock controls, and related processes (e.g., lot/serial control, cycle counting). Support Costing setup, including cost organizations, cost books, cost elements, cost rollups, costing methods, and inventory valuation. Oversee the full contract lifecycle management: authoring, approvals, amendments, compliance monitoring, and execution. Lead requirement gathering sessions, perform gap analysis, design functional solutions, and conduct testing phases (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT). Provide post-go-live production support, issue resolution, and hypercare assistance. Support key integrations with Finance modules (Accounts Payable/AP, General Ledger/GL) and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher). Participate in data migration activities, Approval Management Engine (AME) configurations, and other integration points. Required Qualifications & Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Applications, with strong functional knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, Product Management (Item Master), and Costing processes. 4+ years of specific experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (SCM modules). Proven track record in at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations as a functional consultant. Strong expertise in configuring Procurement, Procurement Contracts, Inventory, Product Management, and Costing modules. Good understanding of Approval Management Engine (AME), integrations (e.g., with Finance/AP/GL), and data migration tools/processes. Experience conducting requirement gathering, gap-fit analysis, functional design, testing (SIT/UAT), and post-implementation support. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Oracle Fusion SCM additional features (e.g., supplier management, landed cost management, or manufacturing integration). Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and lead module-specific workstreams in project teams.
