Company Description Job Description We are currently looking for Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant for our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions. Experience: Minimum 8 years of overall experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support. Required Functional Expertise: Global HR Talent Management Approvals (Workflow) Compensation Management Benefits Oracle Fusion Learning (Learn) Taleo Enterprise Edition Taleo Connect Client (TCC) OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) Preferred Experience: Prior experience delivering Oracle Fusion HCM projects for UAE government entities will be considered a strong advantage. Responsibilities

The consultant will be responsible for the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. This includes managing Global HR, Talent Management, and Compensation systems for UAE operations.
