Job Description: Hands-on experience in Oracle HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Benefits modules. Strong expertise in Fusion US Payroll processes. Proficiency in HCM Extracts and HDL Loader for data management. Advanced knowledge of Fast Formulas for complex business logic. Experience in developing integrations using OIC.
