Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Solution Architect who will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing Oracle Fusion applications, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems. You will collaborate closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect Oracle Fusion solutions in alignment with business and functional requirements.
• Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion modules, with a focus on SCM and/or Finance domains.
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Ensure smooth integration of Oracle Fusion applications with existing enterprise systems.
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and planning through deployment and support.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide architectural guidance to the delivery teams.
• Maintain up-to-date solution documentation and adhere to architectural best practices and standards.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, with significant expertise in Oracle Fusion.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM and/or Finance modules.
• Proven track record in solution architecture, enterprise integration, and system design.
• Exposure to or understanding of healthcare domain processes is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
