Description

As the Oracle Fusion Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing Oracle Fusion Cloud across key Finance and enterprise functions, including:

  • Oracle Fusion Financials;
  • Oracle Fusion Procurement;
  • Project Portfolio Management (PPM);
  • Enterprise Performance Management (EPM);
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI); and
  • Integrations between Oracle and other enterprise platforms.

You will play an important role in troubleshooting issues, supporting system releases and upgrades, improving business processes and working with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver effective solutions.

 

Key Requirements

  • Solid hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM, including Financials, Procurement, Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and EPM;
  • Strong understanding of core Finance processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Budgeting & Forecasting, Month-End/Year-End Close, EOFY and Financial Reporting;
  • Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting Oracle Finance applications, across both functional and technical issues;
  • Practical experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including IAM, compartments, policies, network security groups, monitoring and environment administration;
  • Experience with OCI integrations, Object Storage, APIs and cloud-based environment administration;
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, data flows, scheduled jobs and interface monitoring;
  • Experience supporting integrations between Oracle and other enterprise systems;
  • Ability to work effectively with Oracle Support, cloud vendors and third-party technology providers to resolve platform and performance issues;
  • Exposure to Microsoft Power Automate, Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and identity/authentication concepts;
  • Experience supporting system upgrades, patching, releases, deployments and enhancement projects;
  • Ability to prepare impact assessments, test plans and support UAT activities;
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve Finance processes and system functionality;
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Finance, Technology, business users and external vendors; and
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues into practical business solutions.
