Description
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant to lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management modules. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure end-to-end supply chain processes are efficiently supported by Oracle Fusion applications. Key Responsibilities: Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including but not limited to: Inventory Management Procurement (Purchasing & Self-Service Procurement) Order Management Manufacturing Cost Management Supply Planning Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Lead fit-gap analysis, solution design, and process re-engineering. Configure workflows, approvals, and business rules within Oracle Fusion SCM. Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and post-go-live activities. Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and extensions. Provide end-user training and create functional documentation. Ensure compliance with best practices and Oracle standards. Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Oracle SCM implementations. Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM. Proven experience in at least two full Oracle Fusion SCM implementations. Strong understanding of supply chain business processes. Experience working with cross-functional and technical teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle Fusion SCM certification. Experience in retail, manufacturing, or distribution industries. Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials integration is a plus.
