CK Power is looking for an Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Analyst at our St. Louis, MO location. This is a new role that will work closely with business owners, Project Managers, vendor partners, and the Directors of IT and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Implementation. This is a critical role as part of a digital transformation of the organization moving forward with the latest software.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with the design, deployment, development, and troubleshooting of solutions to highly complex techno-functional problems. The key skills put to use on a daily basis are a high level of techno-functional skills, business knowledge, Oracle products knowledge, problem-solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertise.
  • Support the implementation of an Oracle Cloud Fusion deployment and provide ongoing support.
  • Cover wide technical/business domains and work across modules.
  • Develop SQL queries to assist with the extraction of data and/or correction of existing extractions.
  • Work with users to troubleshoot and resolve issues, answer business questions, and provide data analysis.
  • Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions.

  • Must be willing to work with night shifts and support 24/7 operations.
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Passion for customer service, with a strong customer focus, and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills. You can clearly explain complex technical concepts.
  • Well-developed implementation and troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze details and synthesize “the big picture”.
  • You can apply creative use of industry-standard tools to aid in the diagnostic process.
  • Ability to learn and extend your capabilities with self-based training.
  • Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios.
  • Should have the ability to read and decipher software Log and Trace files, as well as the ability to act upon the finding to determine a problem resolution.
  • Should be able to understand business process flow and perform functional testing as per business requirement with appropriate test scripts.
  • Knowledge of external data integration services to load data into Oracle Fusion Applications from external sources, such as legacy systems and third-party applications.
  • Knowledge of localizations.
