We are looking for an Oracle HCM Architect to join our dynamic team with one of the biggest players in finance in the country. The People Department brings together business and IT professionals into cross-functional squads and enables our client to work in a truly agile organisation. Each of these squads is self-organised team that empowers its employees to take their own decisions while working on the end-to-end delivery of products and services. Our client is a team of committed and experienced professionals focused on excellence in high-quality software development. Currently, they are looking for a Solution Architect to be an integral part of their Pay Transparency Program. You will be working closely with Product Owners in the People Department to ensure the business goals are met and that they make the right IT infrastructure decisions. As a Senior Solution Architect, your primary role will be to lead the IT architecture to ensure optimal implementation of Oracle HCM Compensation in relation to Oracle Core, integrations (both internal and to third-party solutions) and reporting.
