MANDATORY SKILLS

ROLE OVERVIEW

Seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end HCM solutions for enterprise clients. The role demands deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, integrations, reporting, and security, with a focus on driving scalability and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Solution Design & Development
  • Architect technical solutions for Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Compensation modules.
  • Develop custom integrations (SOAP/REST APIs), HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, and Fast Formulas.
  • Configure HDL, HCM Data Loader, and OTBI for data migration/management.
  • Integration & Customization
  • Build and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party apps (ERP, payroll vendors, LMS).
  • Extend functionality using Page Composer, Application Composer, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Design OTBI, BI Publisher, and FAW reports/dashboards for business insights.
  • Implement security models (RBAC, data roles) adhering to SOX/compliance standards.
  • Collaboration & Support
  • Partner with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specs.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform patches/upgrades, and lead UAT.
  • Mentorship & Best Practices
