QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience leading & delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, to include experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle such as requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, and testing
  • 2+ years of experience leading configuration of the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll module, including running Payroll compare cycles
  • Experience with at least 3 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations as an implementation lead or key configurator
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Bachelor’s degree

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,000 to $241,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

Responsibilities

As an Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Specialist, you will:

  • Oversee and drive end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations, ensuring successful delivery across all project phases to include requirements gathering, design, build, testing, etc.
  • Lead the configuration of the Payroll module, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements
  • Execute and validate Payroll compare cycles, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize Payroll solutions within the broader HCM Cloud environment
  • Participate in and lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract
  • Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions for client issues
