We are looking for someone who has:

  • Superior analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources and present findings in a compelling and articulate way
  • Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with proven capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals, perform and always work with a customer focused approach
  • Functional Cloud HCM knowledge and experience, preferably Oracle (i.e. configuration skills)
  • Experience working in Cloud or supporting Cloud HCM or similar environments
  • Experience delivering agreed business requirements and outcomes through engagement, research, analysis, design, test and deploy to meet business initiatives and operational needs
  • Excellent interpersonal, consultation, facilitation, negotiation and communications skills
  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar role for a medium to large organisation
