JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Lead to support critical initiatives across Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Compensation, and Benefits. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Payroll (Oracle HCM Payroll preferred), along with proven experience in HCM Extracts, integrations, and leading data migration or system implementation projects.
This role requires excellent leadership skills, business process expertise, and the ability to translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions while engaging closely with stakeholders.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience as a Functional Lead / Business Analyst in Oracle HCM projects.
  • Strong functional expertise in:
  • Core HR
  • Talent Management
  • Compensation
  • Benefits
  • Payroll (Oracle HCM Payroll required)
  • Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts for reporting and migration.
  • Solid understanding of system integrations within Oracle HCM.
  • Proven track record in leading migration or system implementation projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll).
  • Support Payroll processes, reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • Work with HCM Extracts for reporting, integrations, and data migration activities.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and convert them into actionable solutions.
  • Provide leadership on system migrations, enhancements, and integration projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of HCM initiatives.
