We are currently seeking an experienced Implementation Specialists to support the design, configuration, and testing of Oracle HCM modules, specifically:

• Oracle HCM Performance Management
• Oracle HCM Compensation

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in implementing Oracle HCM Performance Management and/or Oracle HCM Compensation
• Strong understanding of HR processes in the financial services sector is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English at C1 level (written and spoken)
• Ability to work on-site in Luxembourg 3 days per week

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions within Oracle HCM
• Design and configure module components in line with client needs
• Perform and support testing (unit, system, UAT)
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful implementation
• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting
