We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM ORC & Talent Mangement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process of new employees using Oracle HCM, as well as coordinating and executing recruitment activities to attract top talent to the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM ORC & Talent Management module.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $64.72/hour - $101.13/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.

  • Utilize Oracle HCM to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and training are completed.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for open positions.
  • Coordinate recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to attract qualified candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Oracle HCM system related to onboarding and recruitment activities.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers and new employees throughout the onboarding and recruitment process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve onboarding and recruitment processes.
