15+ Years of ExperienceSeeking a skilled Oracle HCM Solutions Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with HR, IT, Payrolland other business units to implement and optimize Oracle HCM solutions.Main Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them intosystem requirements for Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Scheduling, Benefits, Reporting etc).Solution implementation: Lead and support the configuration, customization, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCMsolutions.Business analysis: Analyze business requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose system enhancements orimprovements.Data analytics: Prepare reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools using OracleHCM data.User acceptance testing: Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), document issues, and track resolution.Data migration: Assist with data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.Training and support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. Provide post-implementationsupport and troubleshoot any Oracle HCM-related issuesSkills: Experience: 2-3 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Oracle HCM Cloudapplications.Skills: Proficient in Oracle HCM modules (Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence, Benefits, Reporting etc), with a strongunderstanding of Human Resources processes.Technical knowledge: Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, as well as system integrations and data migration.Analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud certificationsRequired Technical Skills:HCMHCM ImplementationOracle HCMOracle HCM CloudKNOWLEDGEABLE IN: * Timekeeping and Payroll Operations * Functional Knowledge in Oracle Cloud HCM modules, with expertise in Payroll, Time & Labor and Absence Management modules * Full life cycle experience with all aspects of application setup, testing, user training, and production support * Experience with designing and testing conversions, interfaces with third parties, and custom reportingPREFERRED SKILLS: * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Clear and effective communication skills * Strong organization skills * Ability to think strategically and to lead * Ability to effectively resolve conflictsYEARS OF EXPERIENCE: * 10-15 * Payroll operations experience * Experience in Oracle Cloud Implementation * Functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Time & Labor, Absence Management and Payroll
