In this role, you will work closely with HR, IT, Payrolland other business units to implement and optimize Oracle HCM solutions.Main Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them intosystem requirements for Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Scheduling, Benefits, Reporting etc).Solution implementation: Lead and support the configuration, customization, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCMsolutions.Business analysis: Analyze business requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose system enhancements orimprovements.Data analytics: Prepare reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools using OracleHCM data.User acceptance testing: Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), document issues, and track resolution.Data migration: Assist with data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.Training and support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. Provide post-implementationsupport and troubleshoot any Oracle HCM-related issuesSkills: Experience: 2-3 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Oracle HCM Cloudapplications.Skills: Proficient in Oracle HCM modules (Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence, Benefits, Reporting etc), with a strongunderstanding of Human Resources processes.Technical knowledge: Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, as well as system integrations and data migration.Analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud certificationsRequired Technical Skills:HCMHCM ImplementationOracle HCMOracle HCM CloudKNOWLEDGEABLE IN: * Timekeeping and Payroll Operations * Functional Knowledge in Oracle Cloud HCM modules, with expertise in Payroll, Time & Labor and Absence Management modules * Full life cycle experience with all aspects of application setup, testing, user training, and production support * Experience with designing and testing conversions, interfaces with third parties, and custom reportingPREFERRED SKILLS: * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Clear and effective communication skills * Strong organization skills * Ability to think strategically and to lead * Ability to effectively resolve conflictsYEARS OF EXPERIENCE: * 10-15 * Payroll operations experience * Experience in Oracle Cloud Implementation * Functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Time & Labor, Absence Management and Payroll
