In this role, you will work closely with HR, IT, Payrolland other business units to implement and optimize Oracle HCM solutions.Main Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them intosystem requirements for Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Scheduling, Benefits, Reporting etc).Solution implementation: Lead and support the configuration, customization, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCMsolutions.Business analysis: Analyze business requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose system enhancements orimprovements.Data analytics: Prepare reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools using OracleHCM data.User acceptance testing: Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), document issues, and track resolution.Data migration: Assist with data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.Training and support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
