We are currently seeking a Oracle HCM Senior Technical Specialist to join our team in Mumbai, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN). 8 - 10 years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows Expert technical knowledge of one or more components Reporting & Extracts OTBI BIP HCM Extract Data Migration HDL HSDL Fast Formulas Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the technical lead Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution Able to architect complex Oracle Cloud HCM technical solutions Able to present solutions to clients and prospects and address any queries Expert technical knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR & Recruiting) About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
