REQUIREMENTS

  • 5–8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM platforms, integration frameworks, and security principles
  • Experience with GenAI, automation tools, and digital transformation initiatives preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to assess risks, ensure compliance, and manage technology guardrails
  • Skilled at translating technical concepts into business-relevant insights
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend scalable technology solutions
  • Knowledge of enterprise governance and architectural best practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the architectural authority for Oracle Fusion HCM across business units
