JOB DESCRIPTION:

As an Oracle HCM System Analyst specializing in the Recruiting module, you will collaborate with functional stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications and implement effective solutions within Oracle’s HCM suite. Your work will focus on optimizing and enhancing the recruiting lifecycle, ensuring seamless processes across job requisition, candidate selection, offer, and preboarding.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience configuring and implementing Oracle Recruiting Cloud with at least 1 full life cycle implementation
  • Minimum 3 years working with recruiting business processes
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM system
  • Demonstrated knowledge of data management and security principles
  • Demonstrated experience using HDL, HCM extracts and BIP reports
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience facilitating requirements gathering meetings with business process owners and effectively documenting
  • Experience creating and maintaining configuration documentation
  • Experience in additional Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent, and Compensation are a plus
Responsibilities
  • Performs system configurations by evaluating the business process owner’s requirements for current and future state processes that align with Oracle’s recommended best practices
  • Develops enhancements to the system to meet specific recruiting business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other Oracle HCM modules and external systems
  • Conducts rigorous testing of system functionality to ensure accuracy, performance, and stability
  • Appropriately manages and maintains data within the system, including candidate information and job requisition data, in accordance with company policy and data security requirements
  • Generates reports to provide insights into recruiting module activity and performance
  • Ensure seamless integration of Recruiting Cloud with other Oracle HCM modules and third-party systems
  • Develop and support extensions, workflows and fast formulas
  • Configure personalizations using HCM design studio, page and application composer, and Visual builder Studio
  • Manage user access controls and data security within the Recruiting Cloud, including role-based permissions and data access restrictions
  • Troubleshoots system issues, identifies root causes, and implements effective solutions
  • Supports quarterly system updates and maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Creates and maintains configuration documentation for system processes
  • Provides user support and training on how to utilize the system effectively
  • Assists with change management of new features and updates
  • Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams and communicates technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Actively increases Oracle Recruiting Cloud knowledge and remains current with updates and best practices
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement in system and business processes and recommends solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
