Role Descriptions: Role Name - Oracle EBS HCM (HR & Payroll) Techno FunctionalOracle EBS HCM Functional Desirable Skills: Oracle EBS HCM Functional Skills • Strong experience in Oracle EBS HRMS / HCM R12. • Hands-on knowledge of: o Core HR o Payroll o Payroll Elements o Fast Formulas o Payroll Balances o Payroll Costing o Employee Assignments o Salary Administration o Self-Service HR • Good understanding of end-to-end HR and payroll business processes. • Experience supporting payroll runs, pre-payments, costing, reconciliation, and payroll reports. • Ability to analyze complex HR/payroll issues and provide timely resolution. • Knowledge of HR compliance, employee lifecycle, and payroll processing controls. Oracle EBS Technical Skills • Strong hands-on experience in SQL and PL/SQL. • Experience with Oracle EBS technical components such as: o Concurrent Programs o Value Sets o Flexfields o Lookups o Forms Personalization o BI/XML Publisher Reports o Oracle Reports o Workflows o Interfaces and Conversions • Strong understanding of Oracle HRMS and Payroll base tables. • Experience in developing and supporting inbound/outbound interfaces. • Ability to debug custom PL/SQL packages, payroll extracts, and report programs. • Knowledge of Oracle Application Object Library, AOL setups, responsibilities, menus, and request groups. Preferred Skills • Experience working in utility, infrastructure, construction, telecom, field services, or large enterprise environments. • Prior experience supporting US Payroll in Oracle EBS. • Knowledge of payroll tax, garnishments, deductions, benefits feeds, and third-party payroll interfaces. • Experience with integrations involving: o UKG o Benefits providers o Time and attendance systems • Exposure to Oracle Cloud HCM or migration from Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud is an added advantage. • Understanding of ITIL processes including incident, problem, change, and service request management. • Experience working in Agile or managed services support models.
