Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Oracle EPM Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS), and Oracle Narrative Reporting. The successful candidate will lead and support end-to-end financial consolidation and close implementations for large enterprises, with a particular focus on transforming on-premises HFM environments to Oracle Cloud EPM. This role combines strong finance and accounting domain knowledge with hands-on Oracle EPM solution design, migration, and delivery capabilities, working closely with clients to modernize their finance, consolidation, and planning processes. Key Responsibilities Lead or support end-to-end financial consolidation and close implementations for large enterprises across Oracle EPM solutions. Drive the transformation of Oracle HFM on-premises environments to Oracle FCCS, covering assessment, solution design, migration planning, testing, and production cutover. Migrate metadata, hierarchies, business rules, calculation logic, security, data integrations, reports, and historical financial data from on-premises platforms to Oracle Cloud EPM. Conduct fit-gap assessments, define target architectures, and develop migration roadmaps for Oracle Cloud transformation initiatives. Redesign and optimize consolidation processes using Oracle Cloud best practices, applying a strong understanding of the functional and technical differences between HFM and FCCS. Design and deliver financial consolidation capabilities including currency translation, intercompany eliminations, ownership management, statutory reporting, and financial close processes. Configure and support Oracle Planning and Budgeting solutions, including planning models, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis. Integrate FCCS and Planning solutions with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, and third-party systems using Oracle integration technologies. Perform data validation, reconciliation, user acceptance testing (UAT), performance testing, and parallel runs to ensure successful cloud migrations. Lead change management, end-user training, and post-go-live support across Oracle Cloud transformation programs. Facilitate workshops and advise clients on modernizing finance and planning processes through Oracle Cloud EPM. Required Qualifications and Experience Minimum 8 years of experience delivering Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. Strong, hands-on expertise in Oracle HFM, Oracle FCCS, and Oracle Narrative Reporting. Proven experience leading or supporting end-to-end financial consolidation and close implementations for large enterprises. Demonstrated experience transforming HFM on-premises environments to FCCS, including assessment, solution design, migration, testing, and cutover. Experience migrating metadata, hierarchies, business rules, calculation logic, security, integrations, reports, and historical data to Oracle Cloud EPM. Experience conducting fit-gap assessments, defining target architectures, and developing migration roadmaps for Oracle Cloud transformation programs. Finance and Accounting Domain Expertise Financial statement preparation, group consolidation, and month-end and year-end close processes. Management reporting, statutory reporting, and account reconciliations. IFRS and GAAP compliance. Corporate performance management (CPM) best practices. Planning and Workforce Expertise Good knowledge of Oracle Planning and Budgeting, including planning models, budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and financial planning processes. Familiarity with Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) / Enterprise Planning, including driver-based planning, rolling forecasts, and integrated business planning. Experience with Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP), including workforce demand and supply planning, headcount forecasting, labor cost modeling, skills planning, and aligning workforce strategies with business objectives. Technical and Integration Skills Ability to integrate FCCS and Planning solutions with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, and third-party systems using Oracle integration technologies. Strong understanding of the functional and technical differences between HFM and FCCS. Experience with data validation, reconciliation, UAT, performance testing, and parallel runs in cloud migration contexts. Stakeholder and Delivery Skills Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills. Strong knowledge of change management, end-user training, and post-go-live support for Oracle Cloud transformation programs. Ability to advise clients on modernizing finance and planning processes through Oracle Cloud EPM.
