The IT company Andersen invites an Oracle HRMS Engineer in Abu Dhabi to join its team for working with a company from UAE.
The customer is a government entity that manages public affairs and oversees various corporate and philanthropic projects. The company is embarking on a transformative digital journey to enhance its operational efficiency and customer experiences.
The project focuses on digital transformation in the UAE to develop and support digital solutions, enhance social services, strengthen public engagement, advance international relations, and optimize administrative processes.
We are open to candidates with strong technical expertise in Oracle EBS R12.2.9, particularly those with deep knowledge of finance modules and enterprise accounting processes.

Responsibilities
  • Designing, developing, testing, and implementing technical solutions and customizations within Oracle HRMS modules.
  • Maintaining and enhancing existing HRMS functionalities, ensuring system compliance and performance.
  • Analyzing business and functional requirements and translating them into detailed technical specifications.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including MD70s, component inventories, and deployment instructions.
  • Participating in the planning and execution of system patches, upgrades, and migrations in the EBS R12.2.9 environment.
  • Supporting integrations with external systems via APIs, web services, or flat-file exchanges.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving production issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Collaborating with business analysts, functional consultants, and other technical team members to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Contributing to code reviews, quality assurance, and compliance with development standards.
  • Supporting knowledge sharing within the team and contributing to continuous process improvement.
