Job Title: Oracle EBS HRMS Technical Consultant Business Unit: Oracle GSC Experience: 5 – 10 Years Work Mode: Hybrid Job Location: Across India – Oracle Office Locations Role Overview Oracle Global Service Center (GSC) is looking for a strong Oracle EBS HRMS Technical Consultant who brings solid experience in designing, developing, and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS solutions. This role requires hands-on technical capabilities across the complete HRMS landscape along with the ability to collaborate with functional teams and global stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant solutions. Required Skills & Experience 5–10 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS technical development. Strong hands-on experience in: Oracle SQL & PL/SQL BI Publisher Oracle Reports Workflow Builder Interfaces & APIs Experience working with HRMS payroll tables and data structures. Good understanding of HRMS data model. Experience in R12 environment is mandatory. Exposure to India Payroll or Global Payroll configurations is preferred. Experience in integration with third-party systems (Payroll vendors, Banking, Benefits providers) is an advantage. Ability to work in a client-facing environment. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to Oracle Cloud HCM (good to have). Experience in HRMS statutory compliance implementations. Knowledge of data migration and upgrade activities.
