ORACLE IDENTIFY MANAGEMENT APPLICATION ANALYST

On behalf of our client, Procom Consultants Group is actively seeking an Oracle Identify Management Application Analyst

ORACLE IDENTIFY MANAGEMENT APPLICATION ANALYST MANDATORY SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience administering Oracle Identity Manager in large enterprise environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Manager (11g / 12c preferred).
  • Advanced knowledge of Java, J2EE, and OIM customization APIs.
  • Experience with Oracle Identity Connector Framework (ICF) and connector development.
  • Solid understanding of Oracle SOA Suite and workflow configuration.
  • Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database fundamentals.
  • Experience with LDAP directories (OUD, OID, Active Directory).
  • Strong skills in WebLogic Server administration and JVM performance tuning.
  • Good understanding of identity security principles, RBAC, SoD policies, and regulatory compliance (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Preferably Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and Web Services integration.
  • Experience with Oracle BI Publisher or similar reporting tools.
  • Exposure to change management and ITIL processes.
  • Experience with hybrid or cloud-based IAM deployments is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage user provisioning / de-provisioning processes, role-based access controls, and approval workflows.
  • Design, customize, and maintain connectors for integration with target systems and directories.
  • Manage Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) workflows and approval processes using Oracle SOA Suite.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across OIM, WebLogic Server, and Oracle Database environments.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular health checks, upgrades, and patches.
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to integrate OIM with various enterprise applications.
  • Ensure regulatory and internal compliance through access reviews, certifications, and audit reporting.
  • Support and enhance delegated administration and role management capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to other team members as needed
