QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Proven experience as an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Specialist with expertise in integrating Oracle Field Service, Oracle HCM Cloud, and Oracle ERP Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using OIC, including REST and SOAP APIs, adapters, and orchestration.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud applications and their data models.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for resolving integration issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with technical and business teams.
  • Ability to document technical designs and processes clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to connect Oracle Field Service, Oracle HCM Cloud, and Oracle ERP Cloud.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Configure and manage integrations, including APIs, file-based data loads, and real-time data exchange.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Oracle applications and third-party systems, adhering to best practices and security standards.
  • Support PaaS solution built using VBCS
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Provide production support for OIC integrations and OFS, ensuring system stability and addressing issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration design specifications and user guides.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end testing and validation of integration solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle Integration Cloud features and recommend improvements to existing integrations.
  • Provide training and support to team members and end-users on integration processes and tools.
