OVERVIEW:

Optimized Technical Solutions (OTS) is looking for an Oracle Interface Developer (IT Analyst III) to support a multi-year federal initiative by developing interfaces within Oracle E-Business Suite R12. Collaborate in a dynamic environment to integrate data from legacy systems, improve system performance, and maintain audit-readiness.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12.
• Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Workflow, and interface development.
• Strong understanding of Oracle data structures and modules (especially financials and procurement).

• Design, develop, and maintain inbound and outbound interfaces for Oracle EBS R12.
• Leverage APIs, open interfaces, and Oracle tools (e.g., PL/SQL, SQL*Loader, UTL_FILE).
• Analyze functional and technical requirements to develop robust interface solutions.
• Perform unit testing, defect resolution, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with functional leads and business analysts to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain detailed documentation.
• Provide technical support during system integration and user acceptance testing.
