As an Oracle OIC- Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for the effective use of Oracle applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your broad consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will be instrumental in delivering consulting services that enable seamless integration and utilization of business applications. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow. In this role, you will uphold professional and technical standards, interpret data to inform insights, and develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving. Responsibilities - Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle software solutions effectively - Providing training and support for seamless integration of Oracle applications - Utilizing analytical thinking to optimize operational efficiency for clients - Developing training materials to enhance client understanding of Oracle systems - Implementing technology solutions to support business process modeling - Engaging in project architecture and budgeting to align with client objectives - Facilitating enterprise integration and technology innovation within client environments - Collaborating with teams to deliver technical consultation and support - Applying business systems knowledge to improve client application utilization - Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for clients What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 2 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems - Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges - Implementing technology solutions in enterprise environments - Developing training materials for Oracle E-Business Suite - Managing systems project management with a focus on Oracle applications - Excelling in business process modeling and process standardization Travel Requirements Up to 20% Job Posting End Date Are you ready to make a difference?
