Description
We are looking for a hands-on Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud Analyst with supporting experience in Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM). This role is OTM-focused, with secondary Oracle GTM responsibilities, and supports global trade & logistics, order fulfillment, and trade compliance operations in a high-volume, integrated environment. Will be working closely with business stakeholders, middleware teams, and technical partners to configure, support, enhance, and stabilize OTM/GTM solutions, while driving continuous process improvements. --- Key Responsibilities Functional Solutioning & Business Partnership · Serve as the functional bridge between business and IT, supporting Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Fulfillment, Accounts Payable, and Global Logistics processes. · Configure, support, and enhance Oracle OTM Cloud solutions, with working exposure to Oracle GTM Cloud. · Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, compliant logistics and trade solutions. · Partner with cross-functional business users and technical/middleware teams to resolve complex functional and integration issues. Integrations & System Support · Design, validate, and support REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and middleware integrations between OTM/GTM, ERP systems, carriers, suppliers, and external platforms. · Provide day-to-day operational support including incident resolution, service requests, and system enhancements. · Support release activities including functional design, test scripts, SIT/UAT execution, and post-release stabilization. Documentation, Change & Quality Management · Create and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, SOPs, test cases, and release notes. · Support change management activities and ensure high-quality, well-tested releases. · Deliver user training and knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure adoption and operational continuity. --- Functional Scope OTM – Primary Focus Hands-on configuration and functional support across: · Planning & Order Management, Execution & Visibility · Rates, Financials & Master Data · UI, Automation & Reporting · OTM-related EDI and integrations GTM – Secondary Focus Functional support and analysis across: · Product & Item Classification & Compliance Rules and Screening · License Management & Assignment · Trade Transaction Screening & Controls, · Imports/Exports, Declarations & Auto-Filing · GTM-related EDI and integrations --- Required Qualifications · 12+ years of experience in OTM/GTM functional consulting roles (mid-level analyst profile). · Hands-on experience with Oracle OTM Cloud (primary) and Oracle GTM Cloud (secondary). · Experience with MDM solutions, that includes Customer and Material Master data across ERP systems. · Strong experience in business requirement gathering, functional design, and testing. --- Skills & Competencies · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams. · Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. · Proficiency in functional documentation, test case creation, and configuration guides. · Solid understanding of logistics planning & execution, trade compliance, and global fulfillment flows
