Overview We are seeking a skilled Oracle PBCS Specialist to design, develop, and maintain Oracle Cloud EPM Planning solutions that drive accurate and efficient financial planning processes. This role will focus on building and optimizing planning applications, creating business rules and Groovy scripts, creating webforms and reports, managing metadata, and supporting business users. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Financials, Workforce Planning, Custom Planning applications, EDMCS, and a strong understanding of automation and integration using EPM Automate and REST APIs. Responsibilities Business Rules & Groovy Scripting Design, develop, and optimize business rules and Groovy scripts to support planning, forecasting, and reporting processes. Ensure rules are efficient, accurate, and aligned with organizational requirements. Troubleshoot and update rules as business needs evolve. Member Formulas Build and maintain member formulas for dynamic calculations within dimensions. Validate formulas for accuracy and compliance with financial logic. Continuously review and refine formulas to improve performance and reliability. Webforms & Reports Configure and maintain intuitive webforms for data entry and analysis. Develop and maintain reports using Oracle Smart View and PBCS reporting tools. Automate report generation for monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. Metadata Management Manage dimensions, hierarchies, and attributes across planning applications. Maintain metadata consistency between environments and integrated systems. Implement governance processes for metadata changes and version control. User Support & Collaboration Partner with FP&A, Accounting, and other business teams to troubleshoot issues, gather requirements, and provide functional and technical support. Train end-users on PBCS functionality and best practices. Document processes and maintain a knowledge base for ongoing support. Integration & Automation Utilize EPM Automate and REST API for automation, data loads, and process improvements. Develop scripts and workflows to streamline recurring tasks and reduce manual effort. Monitor and maintain integration processes to ensure data accuracy and timeliness. EDMCS Expertise Manage and maintain Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS) for metadata governance and integration across EPM applications. Define and enforce data governance standards for dimensions and hierarchies. Support metadata synchronization between EDMCS and connected applications. Qualifications Qualifications: Proven experience with Oracle PBCS (Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) development and administration. Strong knowledge of business rules, Groovy scripting, and calculation logic. Experience with metadata updates, alternate hierarchies, and dimension management. Hands-on experience with Oracle EDMCS for metadata governance. Familiarity with EPM Automate and REST API for automation and integration (preferred). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong communication and documentation skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with other Oracle EPM modules such as FCCS is a plus. Knowledge of financial planning and analysis processes. What do we offer Please submit resume/CV in English.
