This position is for a senior IT project manager contractor to support The business’s Oracle EBS technical upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.14 and migration from on-prem datacenter to Microsoft Azure cloud. This individual’s expertise in managing complex Oracle EBS projects with multiple systems integrations will ensure better coordination with the business, timely completion, and improved quality of our deliverables. This individual will allow The business’s technical team to focus more on their core tasks, leading to increased productivity and innovation. Overall, the new project manager will be instrumental in driving our projects to success, achieving our strategic goals, and ensuring an on-time and on budget project delivery.

Job Responsibilities and Results:

• This is a leadership role responsible for partnering with contract vendor, business, and technical teams to deliver project
• Develop and manage project governance including steering committee meetings, sponsor meetings, project team meetings, status reports, etc.
• Lead project teams, drive accountability and deliver project success
• The Project Manager will share regular status with an Executive Team to ensure the project has complete support and issues have minimal disruptive consequences
• Communicate with and influence internal and external stakeholders regarding key project objectives and steps and to ensure buy-in
• Drive the requirements and project definition process
• Schedule project deliverables and milestones
• Owning communication of the project status to the sponsor and stakeholder community

Knowledge / Technical Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of Oracle EBS modules and technical platforms
• Knowledge of SharePoint, SQL, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Project, and Visio is required
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall execution methodologies
