Description:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with REDCap.
• 5+ years of overall experience in data management or relevant technical roles.
• Strong SQL and database skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting within REDCap.
• Experience with REDCap APIs and data integration workflows.
• Familiarity with web tachnologies like JavaScript, scripting/automation (Python, R) and reporting tools (Excel, SAS, SPSS) is a plus.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and data security best practices is desirable, especially for healthcare projects.
