Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced manager to oversee our Oracle SaaS, PaaS, and OIC implementations.

Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), OIC and Oracle Business Process Management (BPM) workflows to support Oracle Fusion Cloud business processes.

• Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)
• Oracle Business Process Management (BPM)
• PCS/OPA
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• REST and SOAP Web Services
• Oracle Fusion Technical – BIP Reports (Finance, SCM, HCM)
• SQL and PL/SQL
• Any prior experience on EBS technical is good to have

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the design, development, and deployment of Oracle cloud solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of Oracle SaaS and PaaS projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans.
• Providing technical leadership and guidance on best practices for Oracle cloud solutions, including integration with existing systems.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations.
• Conducting regular training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge in Oracle technologies.
• Staying updated on the latest Oracle cloud offerings and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong technical background in Oracle cloud services, and proven experience in project management.
