As part of the Oracle Supply Chain and Operations team you can lead the creation and implementation of impactful Oracle order management and maintenance solutions. As a Senior Associate you can analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You can focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating increasingly complex situations, and growing your personal brand and technical knowledge. Responsibilities - Design and deploy Oracle order management and maintenance solutions - Break down complex problems and offer strategic solutions - Guide and mentor less experienced team members - Uphold rigorous standards in project outcomes - Develop and maintain client relationships - Enhance understanding of business contexts - Navigate through complex situations effectively - Strengthen personal brand and technical knowledge What You Must Have - Bachelor's Degree - 5 years of experience with 5-8 years of experience in implementing OM / Maintenance / Costing modules and Oracle Cloud/Oracle Cloud+ EBS exposure preferred - Oral and written proficiency in English necessary What Sets You Apart - Leading at least 2 end to end implementation in Oracle Cloud in Order Management and Maintenance - Providing industry-standard guidance on supply chain business processes - Converting business requirements into system configurations - Exposure to Lead to Cash and Deliver to Replace cycles - Exposure to SCOR and APQC frameworks - Exposure to IoT Asset Monitoring and IoT Connected Assets Travel Requirements Not Specified Job Posting End Date Are you ready to make a difference?
