We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager who brings strong Finance ERP domain experience, combined with commercial awareness and leadership capability, to join our growing Enterprise Applications Practice. You will: Leverage your Finance ERP expertise across Oracle and other leading platforms Own and grow strategic customer relationships Work with modern cloud technologies and large-scale ERP programmes Drive both delivery excellence and commercial outcomes Join a collaborative, people-first consultancy environment Key Responsibilities Customer & Service Leadership Act as the customer champion, ensuring high-quality service delivery and satisfaction Lead Service Reviews, manage escalations, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships Drive Continual Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives Ensure compliance with ISO 20000 and service standards Commercial & Financial Management Own monthly and quarterly forecasting (costs, revenues, profitability) Identify and drive growth opportunities within existing accounts Support and lead bid and sales activities Operational Delivery Define and execute service delivery strategy with senior stakeholders Ensure effective resource planning and team structure Manage risk, knowledge, and service continuity Contribute to service design and implementation People Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop delivery teams Manage utilisation, performance, and engagement Foster a high-performing, collaborative culture Qualifications What We’re Looking For Core Experience You will have: Strong background in Finance ERP systems, including: Oracle EBS Financials or Oracle ERP Cloud OR other enterprise Finance platforms such as SAP or Workday Proven experience in service delivery, account management, or managed services Experience delivering or supporting ERP transformation programmes Key Skills You will have: Strong commercial acumen with experience driving revenue growth Expertise in financial forecasting (revenue, cost, gross profit) Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong analytical and decision-making ability Experience in process-driven / ITIL-aligned environments Leadership Attributes You will be: Proactive, self-starting mindset Comfortable challenging stakeholders and driving outcomes Curious, adaptable, and solutions-focused Ability to inspire teams and lead through complexity What Sets You Apart You will have: Experience across multiple ERP platforms (Oracle + SAP/Workday) Strong understanding of Finance processes (GL, AP, AR, P2P, R2R, etc.) Track record of improving customer satisfaction and service performance Summary A leadership role for a commercially minded Service Delivery Manager with Finance ERP expertise, responsible for delivering exceptional service, strengthening client relationships, and driving growth across strategic accounts.
