We are seeking a Lead Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Cloud Lead with expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM ERP. This role requires a strong understanding of Supply Chain business processes, oracle cloud supply chain best practices and good knowledge of supply chain accounting processes, proven leadership in ERP implementations, and the ability to guide both technical and functional teams to successful project delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 15+ years of experience in Oracle ERP SCM solutions, with at least 6+ years in Oracle Cloud SCM full cycle Implementation experience.
  • Proven leadership in end-to-end ERP implementations.
  • Deep business process expertise in supply chain management and accounting flows.
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Supply Chain or PeopleSoft Supply Chain is preferred
  • Strong communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications preferred.

  • Oracle Cloud SCM : Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Costing, Supply Management, Manufacturing, Demand/Supply Planning.
  • Minimum Requirement : 4 Oracle Supply Chain Cloud Module strong proven experience.
  • Oracle E-Business Suite SCM or PeopleSoft Supply Chain expertise.
  • Supply Chain Accounting: Cost Management, Inventory Valuation, Financial Reconciliation.
Responsibilities
  • Act as functional lead for Oracle Cloud SCM projects, driving requirement gathering, solution design, and delivery.
  • Lead and mentor functional consultants, providing guidance on best practices and solution approaches.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement, ensuring business needs are clearly translated into functional solutions.
  • Configure and optimize SCM modules: Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Costing, Supplier Management, Supply Planning.
  • Oversee Supply Chain Accounting processes, including cost accounting, inventory valuation, and COGS recognition.
  • Coordinate end-to-end implementation activities — design, testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, and post-go-live support.
  • Ensure alignment with Oracle best practices and manage quarterly update assessments.
