Description

Supports Oracle OCI technologies including Oracle 12c & 19c database, Fusion Middleware (FMW), Assists with provisioning and configuring OCI infrastructure services as per instructions. Execute routine maintenance tasks such as backups, restores, and patching, following established procedures and best practices. Coordinates with release manager the schedule of maintenance & release activities across environments, teams, and vendors, identifying and resolving conflicts to minimize risk of disruption. Responsible for incident and problem response and resolution, as well as service request queues to deliver high end-user satisfaction. Minimum of 3 years' experience supporting infrastructure, at least 1 of which with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services. Demonstrated experience successfully planning and implementing Cloud Infrastructure services in a global company with a multi-national, multi-vendor environment. Proven track record of achieving service excellence, including maintaining positive stakeholder relationships and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams with internal and external resources.
