We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong technical expertise in Oracle Tuxedo and hands-on knowledge of C and C++ programming. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end delivery of Tuxedo-based application projects, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability while coordinating between technical and business stakeholders. Lead and manage full project lifecycle of Oracle Tuxedo application development, enhancement, and migration projects. Collaborate with architects and developers to design, develop, and optimize applications using Oracle Tuxedo, C, and C++. Define project scope, timelines, resource planning, and risk management strategies. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with middleware and backend systems. Monitor project progress, manage deliverables, and ensure on-time, quality delivery within budget. Support performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting of Tuxedo applications. Prepare project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder presentations. Ensure adherence to organizational processes, standards, and compliance requirements. Mentor and guide technical teams on Tuxedo architecture and best practices.
