• 5+ years supporting Oracle Utilities applications in a functional capacity
• Strong understanding of CIS or utility workflows
• Excellent communication and user engagement skills

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Provides hands-on functional support for Oracle Utilities applications including user interaction, issue triage, and validation of workflows related to customer service, metering, and workforce operations. Supports emergency responsiveness, continuous improvement, and functional aspects of risk mitigation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gather and clarify business requirements for Oracle CCB, MDM, MWM, and SGG
• Provide day-to-day functional support and triage user issues
• Support configuration validation and testing
• Facilitate end-user communication and training coordination
• Assist QA teams with test case alignment
