Job Description: Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) Developer About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) Developer to join our team. The idealcandidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and hands-on development experience with MWM for a minimum of 4 years. The selected Candidate will beresponsible for MWM production system incident resolution, application management support as part of production operations, designing, configuring, and enhancing mobile workforce solutions that optimize field operations, improve scheduling efficiency, and support end-to-end utility service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Incident resolution, Design, development, and configuration of Oracle Utilities MWM modules, including scheduling, dispatch, mobile applications, and crew management.
- Build and customize business objects, algorithms, service scripts, and workflows within the OUAF framework.
- Implement integrations between MWM and external systems such as CC&B, MDM, GIS, IVR, and ERP systems.
- Develop and maintain interfaces using web services (SOAP/REST), middleware, and APls.
- Enhance mobile applications for field crews to improve usability and productivity.
- Collaborate with business and functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize dispatching, routing, and resource utilization through configuration and custom development.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solution stability.
