JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Utilities Developer with expertise in Market Transactions Management (MTM) and Customer to Meter (C2M) applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on development experience in Java and Groovy, strong functional knowledge of the Meter-to-Cash (M2C) cycle, and proven ability to design, configure, and implement solutions within the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
This is an onsite role in Dallas, TX, offering the opportunity to work on mission-critical utility projects with a leading energy provider.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities applications with a focus on MTM (mandatory) and C2M.
• Strong programming skills in Java and Groovy.
• Proven expertise in the Meter-to-Cash cycle covering transactions, billing, payments, customer service, and metering.
• Proficiency with OUAF components: Maintenance Object, Business Object, Scripts, Zones, Algorithms, and Business Services.
• Experience preparing functional and technical design documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
