BAER IS LOOKING FOR ORACLE WORKFORCE SCHEDULING TIME AND LABOR CONSULTANT FOR A 6+ MONTH PROJECT LOCATED IN SLEEPY EYE, MN

Title: Oracle Workforce Scheduling Time and Labor Consultant
Location: Hybrid - Sleepy Eye, MN (Tuesday through Thursday)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C

DESCRIPTION:

  • Lead the functional implementation of Oracle Workforce Scheduling and Time and Labor modules.
  • Gather and analyze client business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Design and configure Workforce Scheduling rules, time entry methods, schedules, and workflows.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs.
  • Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring project milestones are achieved.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration with other Oracle HCM modules and external systems.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
  • Deliver user training and develop documentation.
  • Provide post-implementation support and resolve client issues as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on Workforce Scheduling and Time and Labor.
  • Minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementations in Oracle Workforce Scheduling and Time and Labor
  • Strong understanding of Time and Labor business processes and configuration options.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide and mentor team members.
  • Experience with Oracle Absence Management, Payroll, or Core HR.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
  • Industry-specific experience in sectors such as healthcare, retail, or manufacturing.
