Role Overview The Oral and Dental Surgeon will provide specialized surgical care for patients with a variety of oral health conditions. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, adherence to medical guidelines, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to diagnose oral health issues Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for surgical procedures Perform a range of surgical procedures including extractions, dental implants, and corrective jaw surgeries Manage postoperative care and ensure proper recovery of patients Educate patients on treatment options, surgical procedures, and preventive care Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care Adhere to hospital protocols and regulatory requirements in all aspects of patient care Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) with specialization in Oral Surgery Eligibility for medical licensure in the UAE (Ministry of Health and Prevention) Board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is preferred Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical surgical setting Expertise in performing a wide range of oral surgical procedures Strong understanding of patient care and safety protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a diverse healthcare environment Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus
