Position Overview The Oral and Dental Surgeon will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients' oral health issues through various surgical interventions. This role will require a patient-centric approach, ensuring that all procedures are conducted with the utmost care and precision. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed patient evaluations to assess oral health conditions Develop and implement customized surgical treatment plans Execute a range of surgical procedures, including extractions, implants, and corrective surgeries Monitor patients during the recovery process and manage postoperative care Educate patients on treatment options and aftercare procedures Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care Stay updated with advancements in oral surgery techniques and practices Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) with a specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Active board certification in Oral Surgery and a valid dental license 3-5 years of experience in a surgical setting within the private healthcare sector Demonstrated competency in a variety of oral surgical procedures Strong understanding of patient care standards and ethical practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current in the field Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus
