Talentspoc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our healthcare team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a broad range of conditions affecting the mouth, jaws, face, and related structures. You will perform advanced surgical procedures including dental implants, orthognathic surgery, facial trauma reconstruction, and corrective jaw surgery. In this role, you will work within a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and improving clinical outcomes. A strong focus on patient safety, empathy, and collaboration is essential. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations through clinical examinations and diagnostic imaging. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs. Perform complex surgical interventions with a focus on precision and patient comfort. Manage pre-operative and post-operative care to ensure effective recovery. Collaborate with other dental and medical professionals for integrated patient care. Educate patients and families on surgical procedures, risks, benefits, and post-surgical care. Maintain thorough and accurate patient records, adhering to local healthcare regulations and standards. Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution. Completion of an accredited residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Board certification and a valid license to practice in Bahrain or eligibility to obtain one. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience post-residency, preferably in a Gulf region healthcare setting. Proficiency in a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advancements in the specialty.
