There is a requirement to work with various professionals to identify current practice, set standards and implement positive change in practice to promote oral health across North Tees, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough and Redcar and Cleveland localities using appropriate change management/audit model. Such agencies may include Health Promotion, Healthy Schools, and Social Services etc. The post holder will review and facilitate recommendations in a multi agency setting with regards to policies concerning matters relating to health improvement programmes e.g. supporting a school to implement various interventions to improve oral health.
