This role is ideal for an experienced Oral Health Therapist who wants to broaden their scope, contribute to service quality, and play an influential role within a large, community-minded oral health team. Build confidence and variety into your work, combining advanced clinical practice with meaningful community outreach through programs like Smile Squad and Smiles 4 Miles. At Each, we deliver accessible, high-quality dental care across our Ferntree Gully and Ringwood clinics. Our services include emergency care, general oral health, and denture support. We provide essential services to a diverse community - adults with concession cards, children under 18, and private clients on Fridays. Your role, your impact Deliver safe, high-quality, evidence-based dental care to clients of all ages Exercise sound clinical judgment to develop personalised treatment plans and promote preventive oral health Lead by example in community outreach programs, expanding your reach and contributing to improved public oral health outcomes Maintain accurate, compliant documentation using Titanium Participate actively in peer reviews, case discussions, and quality improvement activities Share knowledge and collaborate with colleagues across a large, multidisciplinary team This role offers the ideal blend of autonomy and support, perfect for someone looking to deepen their clinical capability while influencing positive outcomes across both clinic and community settings. Who we’re looking for Extensive experience as an Oral Health Therapist (minimum of 2 years) Recognised qualification in Oral Health Therapy + current AHPRA registration Radiation license, CPR competency, immunisation status Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team Sound time management and clinical documentation skills Valid driver’s license Additional Information What’s in it for you?
