This role is ideal for an experienced Oral Health Therapist who wants to broaden their scope, contribute to service quality, and play an influential role within a large, community‑minded oral health team. At Each, we deliver accessible, high‑quality dental care across our Ferntree Gully and Ringwood clinics. Our services include emergency care, general oral health, and denture support. We provide essential services to a diverse community – adults with concession cards, children under 18, and private clients on Fridays. Your role, your impact Deliver safe, high‑quality, evidence‑based dental care to clients of all ages Exercise sound clinical judgment to develop personalised treatment plans and actively promote preventive oral health Lead by example in community outreach programs, expanding reach and contributing to improved public oral health outcomes Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation, using Titanium Participate actively in peer reviews, case discussions, and quality improvement activities to support best practice care Share knowledge and collaborate effectively with colleagues across a large, multidisciplinary team This role offers the ideal blend of autonomy and support, perfect for someone looking to deepen their clinical capability while influencing positive outcomes across both clinic and community settings. Who we’re looking for Extensive experience as an Oral Health Therapist, with a minimum of 2 years in clinical practice Recognised qualification in Oral Health Therapy, along with current AHPRA registration Current radiation licence, CPR competency, and up‑to‑date immunisation status Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Sound time management skills and demonstrated competence in accurate clinical documentation Valid driver’s licence, with the ability to travel as required What’s in it for you?
