Generous salary packaging options Part-Time: 22.8 to 30.4 hours a week Fixed term until 23 July 2026 Strong connection to community and innovation We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Oral Health Therapist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care as part of our supportive and multidisciplinary dental team. This is a part-time fixed-term role, replacing a team member currently on parental leave. About the role As an Oral Health Therapist, you’ll provide preventive, emergency, and general dental care to adults and children—both in our clinics and through outreach services. You’ll champion our model of holistic, health-promoting practice, contribute to health education activities, and support client experiences that are inclusive and culturally safe. You’ll also work within the frameworks of AHPRA and DHSV, while benefiting from strong clinical support, opportunities for growth, and a collaborative, values-driven workplace. What you’ll bring Registration with AHPRA as an Oral Health Therapist Radiation Licence and Working with Children Check Sound knowledge of public dental services and preventive care approaches Experience working in a community health setting is ideal A strong sense of cultural awareness, empathy, and professionalism Why join NRCH?
