We are currently seeking an Oral Medicine Specialist who is passionate about improving patient outcomes. The Oral Medicine position entails diagnosing and managing a range of oral health conditions. The successful candidate will conduct thorough patient evaluations, order and analyze diagnostic tests, and develop customized treatment plans. A strong commitment to patient care and an emphasis on ongoing education in oral medicine are essential. Primary Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive assessments of patients’ oral and overall health Diagnose and treat complex oral diseases and conditions Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic procedures and laboratory results Collaborate with dental and medical professionals to provide holistic care Educate patients on treatment options, preventive measures, and oral health maintenance Maintain accurate patient records and follow up on treatment progress Engage in professional development activities to stay current with advancements in oral medicine Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from an accredited institution Completion of an Oral Medicine residency program Current and valid dental license in the relevant state Board certification in Oral Medicine is preferred but not mandatory Demonstrated experience in clinical practice, particularly in oral disease diagnosis and management Excellent communication abilities and a patient-focused approach Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus Annual paid 30days leave Annual Flight tickets Accommodation
