The Oral Medicine Specialist will be responsible for diagnosing and managing various oral health issues and diseases. This role involves performing detailed patient evaluations, ordering diagnostic tests, and creating tailored treatment plans based on thorough assessments. A strong focus on patient education and collaboration with other healthcare professionals is essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and gather detailed medical histories from patients Diagnose oral diseases and conditions, and determine appropriate treatment options Order and evaluate diagnostic imaging and laboratory tests Develop personalized treatment plans that align with best practices in oral medicine Provide education to patients regarding oral health maintenance and disease prevention Collaborate with dental and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Engage in continuous professional development to remain current in the field of oral medicine Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree Completion of a postgraduate residency program in Oral Medicine State dental license to practice dentistry Board certification in Oral Medicine is a plus Clinical experience in managing oral health conditions is preferred Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting Strong dedication to providing high-quality patient care and education Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus Annual paid 30days leave Annual Flight tickets Accommodation
