At Michigan Maxillofacial Surgery & Implant Center, we make it our mission to give our patients reasons to smile every day. Now, we’re seeking a talented Oral Surgeon to join our passionate team and help us maintain our commitment to quality dental care.
Operating Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Required: DDS or DMD from an accredited institution, completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (OMS) residency program, board certification or eligibility in OMS, and a valid dental license with DEA registration in the relevant jurisdiction.

As an Oral Surgeon, you will:

  • Perform complex extractions, wisdom tooth removal, dental implants, bone grafting, and other oral surgical procedures with a high standard of care, utilizing advanced imaging and diagnostic tools for precise surgical planning.
  • Diagnose and treat oral and maxillofacial conditions, provide sedation and anesthesia per state regulations, and educate patients on pre- and post-operative care to ensure optimal outcomes and smooth recovery.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans in coordination with general dentists and specialists, collaborate with referring doctors and team members, and enhance interdisciplinary care and the patient experience.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and state dental board regulations while staying current with advancements in oral surgery through continuing education and professional development.
